These savory Cheese and Corn Muffins are wonderful! To try them out yourself you will need:
250g Grated Cheese (appx. 2 loose cups)
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsps Baking Powder
1/4 cup Sugar
1½ cups of Milk
Small can of Corn Kernels (125g)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
Preheat oven to 356°F.
Sift flour into a large bowl. Whisk eggs.
Make a well in the flour, add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
Spoon mixture into a greased muffin tray and bake for 25 minutes or until the muffin tops are golden brown.
Let cool and enjoy!
Makes about 14 regular muffins or 12 large ones.
