A Capital Campaign to Meet a Growing Need
Across Alberta, 2 in 5 kids are experiencing food insecurity.
Right here in Calgary, thousands of children rely on school lunches to have the energy to learn, plan and grow.
For 35 years, Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids has connected community support to kids who need it most.
Today, we provide nutritious lunches to:

290+ schools supported every school day
Demand continues to rise, and we must grow with it.

Our current kitchen was not designed for the scale of growth we are seeing, and we will soon be unable to keep pace. Our $3.5 million goal is an essential investment to ensure the Calgary community can keep showing up for kids today and for generations to come.
This campaign will support two essential priorities:
